Key Information
Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm
Minimum 1 hour charge on all jobs, then billed in 30-minute increments
Prices exclude VAT, materials, and parking
Diagnostic visits (especially boiler faults) are charged at the standard rate
Estimates are available for certain work on request
All work is covered by public liability insurance and covered by our standard warranty
Materials supplied are charged at cost +20%
