New Central Heating Installation in Banstead

The Challenge
The homeowner’s property had suffered a fire, leaving the top floor and rear of the house severely damaged. As part of the full refurbishment, they required a complete heating system replacement, including:
Underfloor heating on the ground floor

A new boiler and unvented hot water cylinder
An upgrade of the main water supply to handle increased flow

Our Solution
We designed and installed a brand-new heating and hot water system to meet the homeowner’s needs:
Fitted a Vaillant EcoTEC Plus system boiler for reliable central heating
Installed a 300-litre Joule Cyclone unvented hot water cylinder
Installed underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators on the top floor
Upgraded the main water pipe to ensure adequate flow for the new system
Insulated all pipework internally and externally to prevent heat loss and improve efficiency
The installation was carefully coordinated with the refurbishment to minimise disruption and ensure full compliance with building regulations.
